To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be within 30 days of delivery. The following categories are generally eligible for refunds:

  • Beauty products (unopened and sealed)
  • Home decor
  • Bathroom accessories
  • Tea (unopened packages)
  • Storage solutions
  • Cleaning supplies (unused)
  • DIY kits (unopened)

Note: Some items, such as personalized or perishable goods, may not be eligible for refunds unless defective.

How to Request a Refund

Processing Refunds

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please request a refund for the original purchase and place a new order on our website.

Damaged or Defective Items
